The Windsor Community Foundation has local expertise, led by an Advisory Board with an in-depth understanding of the community needs.The Board is responsible for the strategic direction of the WCF and makes recommendations which are in the best interests of the citizens of the greater Windsor area.

JEFF HERTZKE

Jeff has worked for Points West Community Bank since 2011 and is the Branch President for their Water Valley location.  Prior to that he worked at Signature Bank for 7 years and Bank of Colorado for 11 years.  Jeff and his wife Jackie are both Windsor High School graduates.  They live in Windsor with their two children.

TOM JONES

Tom was born and raised in New York.  He attended Cornell University and received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1966. After practicing veterinary medicine in Olean, NY for five years, Tom purchased the practice of Dr. Wayne Miller in Windsor and operated the Valley Veterinary Clinic (which later became the Windsor Veterinary Clinic) for 20 years.  Tom has been an active member of the Windsor community serving on the Windsor Town board for a total of 22 years, 4 of them as Mayor (1992-96). He also served terms on the Windsor Planning Commission, Water and Sewer Board, and Park and Recreation Board. Tom’s service also includes the Weld-Larimer Regional Council of Governments, the United Way of Weld County, the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, the Weld County Veterinary Medical Association and the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association Board of Control.  He is currently the chairman of the Great Western Trail Authority, a group tasked with developing an 11-mile recreational trail between Windsor and Eaton along a former railroad right-of-way.  He has been married to his wife, Kathleen, for 49 years.  They have three grown children and three grandchildren.

 

PAT KVAMME

Pat has been a Windsor resident since 1980 and is well respected in the community.  She is a retired teacher and is and has been involved with many community organizations in many different capacities. 

ZACH MINNIEAR

Zach is a Northern Colorado native and believes community involvement is a cornerstone to this wonderful place we call home. After graduating high school and serving in the Army for 5 years, Zach attended Colorado State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health. Currently, Zach is a Senior Project Manager and Partner at RLH Engineering, Inc., a local project management and environmental consulting firm. In his off-time, he enjoys gardening, canning, hunting, competing in outdoor activities, and playing with his dog.

JEREMY NOTHDURFT

Jeremy Nothdurft is the Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Construction Solutions, a turnkey commercial construction builder. As the Chief Operating Officer, Jeremy is in charge of executing daily operations of the company and holds an ownership stake in the company. Jeremy also guides the company’s management systems and offers support on strategic planning. Jeremy and his wife Ann made Windsor their home in 2001 and have since had two children, Jayda 10 and Mason 8. Jeremy and his family are actively involved in the community of Windsor and enjoy sports, theater and the outdoors in their free time.

 

MIKE PAYNE

 

CINDY SAMPSON

Cindy has been employed with Bank of Colorado for 18 years.  She is Regional Treasury Management Officer and Vice President at the Windsor location.  She is actively involved in the community, serves as an ambassador for the Windsor Chamber of Commerce and teaches Junior Achievement in the Windsor School District.  Cindy and her husband Jim are Colorado Natives and have been Windsor residents since 1997, where they raised their 3 children who all graduated from Windsor High School.

 

JASON SEYBERT

Jason has lived in Northern Colorado as an educator for the last 14 years and has seen the value and impact giving back to the community can have on individuals. Jason moved to the Windsor community in June 2019 at the time he became the Chief Operating Officer of the Weld RE-4 School District. Jason is joined in Windsor with his wife Lori, and children, Max, Henry, and Alice. As a family they enjoy traveling, especially to the beach.
